That book is soooo depressing! I do like all the information about architecture. A better novel that does the same is Follett's Pillars of the Earth.
very nice. i just read the back of the book a couple of days ago and some of the information it gives about the book is REALLLLYYYY...interesting. can't wait to get further into the book to see what really happens.
